If you are a reasonable person they are very reasonable and helpful back. I think if you are acting crazy then they may not be as helpful to you. I had a billing and payment issue today and they were all very helpful and did everything they could to assist me with getting it fixed. The main receptionist is very nice and also the Case Manager has always been very helpful and my counselors and all the nurses and dr's have all been very good too. You will get what you put into it and they will be there to help you but they don't take "BS" at the same time. Thank you Victory employees for everything you do!

This treatment has meant the world to me. Not only is it intense substance abuse treatment, but my weekly required counseling sessions have been helping me tremendously with things I have struggled with for years. My counselor is amazing. She is helping me with self confidence, mostly by being a logical intelligent person providing me with sound advice and validation. I resisted the idea of methadone treatment for many years but I now truly believe it can be salvation.

You do have to want to do this program. And consistently showing up for groups, private meetings with counselors. And doctor appointments is the only way to do this program. Methadone is not easy to kick so keep that in mind..

You have to want for a positive experience and work towards it to get it. I'd recommend this clinic to anyone who needs to get their life back.

I am very thankful for Victory! If you go in with a negative attitude, it is going to make your experience negative! However, if you actually want the help and do the foot work, this place can help give you your life back again!
